II. Specific return instructions

- The item must be repackaged as otherwise the
  sales package will be damaged on tansport,
  with the consequence of deduction in case of a credit note.

- Return the repair products always without accessories.

- A completely filled Service Card >> must accompany the return


- The return has to be done FREE !
  Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted
